How to contact us for support on any products purchased
All support is handled through our forums or via email.
If you require support or help with any Zee-3 product you should first check the forums. There is usually a seperate forum for each individual product, where details or workarounds for common problems or bugs are likely to be posted. There is also a dedicated Support Forum, for problems unrelated to specific products (billing, account details, website access, etc). You can read the forums without registering, but you will need to register in order to post. Registration is free, gives you access to more features on the website, and lets us know who we're talking to!

We offer a no-quibble full refund, within 30 days of purchase, for any product purchased from us. If you're not happy with with whatever you've bought, for whatever reason, just make sure you're logged in under the same username you used to make the purchase then click here to PM (personal message) Ste, giving details of the product purhased, and he'll sort out the refund for you.
