This is a short rant I was invited to contribute to GamesTM's regular monthly 'industry veteran soapbox' column, containing some of the most awkward sentences I've ever written (and that's saying something!).

I always thought journalists were lazy, freeloading slackers, but I've learned a new found respect for their skills after trying, and not really succeeding, to make a fairly simple point in only 300 words. I was over by about 50!
