Well the daily update didn't happen. I'm making a bit more progress but this illness is still hanging around.

I'm cracking on with the tutorial stuff today. Most of it is in place but I need to code a couple of dozen end conditions. In fact as I was typing this I looked down to my hand written list and it looks like someone has swiped the top page from my notebook. ARRRGGGH.

EDIT: Found it. Phew.

Over last week or so I've clocked up 35 hours on Fallout 3. Now this game is brilliant. I haven't played the earlier games in the series and wasn't attracted to the scenario at all but the general excellence of Oblivion convinced me to give this a try.

I've been horribly slack about the victorian portraits I promised. Although I said I'd start on them last week, I'm *really* gonna get cracking on them this week!

I've been working on an update to the Naked War website / server system, to create a page for unregistered players to download their turns from, in preparation for dropping file attachments completely, and using email purely as a notification system for when new turns are available to download from the website.

I find myself frightened to change the server code though, some of which is four years old, in case I break something horribly. I should stick to drawing pictures!

All I've played this week is Naked War. Honestly!

I've been crap at that too, and forgetting to reply to turns. I've just not been in a game playing mood. I've not switched the 360 on for a week at least, and didn't even play Team Fortress on Thursday night, although that was mainly because Man City were on the telly.
