Subject: Sketches
This is a wonky little drawing I did yesterday, showing a view of the corner of my desk, from where I sit all day in my office at home.
I got quite in to sketching something at least once a day last year, but I've tailed off a bit this year - mainly just drawing comic strips in my spare time - so I decided I needed to get sketching again to try to keep improving.
My trusty Wacom pad gets the luxury of being sketched in its own colour, as that's what I use most of the day.
My friend gave me one of those record decks that plug into a USB port on your PC, so you can convert records and tapes (it's got a line in too) into MP3s. I've done all my old tapes of DJ mixes, and I'm slowly working my way through my record collection (well over 1k vinyls). I think it's going to take me forever!
As ever, click on the sketch itself to nosey through the rest on flickr.
