Subject: Vampire Circus

This is the first page of the Vampire Circus concept art sketchbook. I've been posting random pages of this book in earlier blog entries over the last couple of months.

This was a rough logo which I spray mounted into the book, from when we were going to call it Blood Circus.

We obviously nicked "Vampire Circus" from the Hammer Horror film of the same name. I think we thought we might have to change it for copyright reasons or something, then decided that it didn't matter and we'd just use the name Vampire Circus (let's face it, in nearly every case where you sell an original game, the publisher decides they want to change the title at the last minute anyway).

This was intended to be our first project as our new studio Zed Two. I love my optimism of giving the game a three digit code number, like we were Factory Records!
