Another page of concept art for our planned SNES game, Venom Spirit - intended to be our follow up (but not sequel) to Plok!

This little sequence / storyboard is just a little idea for how a series of one-way doors would look, in a vertical tunnel sequence of the game. I wanted mechanical doorways that closed like a camera shutter, and then became floors / ceilings trapping your character on a certain level once they'd closed. Fast jumping and reactions would be needed to get you to the higher levels in more open sections of the game. Pure vertical tunnels would work as simple pass / fail game sequences, where if you weren't fast and nimble enough, you'd become trapped in the tunnel and fail the section.
