Subject: Cosmic Pirate

This is another concept art drawing I did for the main ship you control in Cosmic Pirate, the Amiga / Atari ST game we made in the late 80s.

When we first got to see the cover art / promo images for the game from the publisher, I was delighted to see that the guy who'd done the cover art (apparently the same guy who did all those Marillion album covers) had copied this drawing exactly, but as an airbrush painting. It was only on the back of the box, and one of the promo posters, but I was dead excited. This was the first time one of my drawings had appeared on the cover of a game, even if it wasn't the exact version that I drew.
